TERMS OF SERVICE
1. GENERAL TERMS

I only draw portraits in my style.

Prices are subject to change based on demand.

I have the right to reject any order that I don't feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
2. PAYMENT

Payment is made through PayPal

Don't send me any payment until I have agreed to your request!

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after after the piece is complete.
3. REVISIONS

During the process I will make reviews with you and ask for the feedback before continuing with my work. Please note, however, that major changes can only be made during the sketch stage!

Should any substantial changes be required at a later stage, additional costs will be incurred (The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make).
4.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

If for any reason I am unable to initiate your commission, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order before you start it, you can get a full refund.
5. DELIVERY PROCESS

Once you've accepted your commission, it can take 1-3 weeks to complete depending on the type of drawing. If there is any significant discrepancy, I will inform you as soon as possible.

Once the piece is finished, you will receive a high resolution file of the final drawing in PNG format (2400 x 3000 px) + a small JPG file to post on Instagram and a timelapse video to see the drawing process. Please note that there is no physical product.
6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

I retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork

I reserve the right to publish commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, and in publications such as art books
You (the client/commissioner):
- You can upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- You may NOT make a profit from the commissioned piece (resell, redistribute, upload to POD services, make prints, etc.)
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
- DO NOT claim the artwork as your own.
